What we do
Calco Metal is mandrel drawn, tight radius tube bending and fabricating at its best.
At Calco Metal we are custom fabricators of industrial tubular products.
Industries include road construction, mining, forestry, military vehicles, boiler equipment, garden tractors, agricultural machinery and aerospace equipment.
Tube Bending
Precision tube bending and tubular shapes to the specifications of our customers is our specialty. Mandrel drawn, tight radius bending is our forte.
Tube sizes range from 1/8” to 3” outside diameter. Our bending capabilities include round, square, or rectangular tubing.
We can provide products in a variety of metals, both ferrous and non-ferrous. These include carbon steel, stainless steel, alloy, aluminum and copper.
End Forming & Flanging
We meet your project requirements by offering a wide variety of tube end configurations. Our tube ends can be deburred only, single or double flared, parflanged, beaded, expanded, coped or threaded.
End fittings from a number of manufacturers can be supplied, both the flare type and braze-on.
Brazing & Welding
Calco Metal has over 50 years of experience in brazing and welding applications that can be incorporated into the specific design requirements of today’s industries.
When hydraulic fittings, tube spouts or brackets are required, we can gas weld, MIG wire weld, silver solder or braze.
